PROPERTY
The Nexus Industrial Precincts in Dandenong South and Altona will feature intermodal hubs, enabling Salta to develop pre-lease distribution centres and warehousing facilities of any scale. Rail links to the Port of Melbourne will help companies reduce container freight costs, improve time efficiencies, and achieve notable ESG benefits. Additionally, both intermodal hubs also provide direct access to the Port via VicRoads-endorsed Road corridors for High Productivity Freight Vehicles (HPFVs) or traditional road freight, as well as access to regular port freight rail services.
