Continued Biosecurity Competency (CBC)
The Department of Agriculture and Water Resources in consultation with industry has developed and implemented Approved Arrangements to allow licenced customs brokers and approved self-reporting importers to assess documentation associated with the importation of cargo.
The following content provides the latest requirements in relation to ongoing training and assessment required to gain and maintain accreditation to the 19.1. Non-commodity for Containerised Cargo Clearance (NCCC) and the 19.2. Automatic Entry Processing for Commodities (AEPCOMM) Approved Arrangements.
NCCC AND AEPCOMM APPROVED ARRANGEMENT
Persons wishing to obtain their 19.1 NCCC & 19.2 AEPCOMM Approved Arrangement must complete the prescribed unit of competency Comply with Biosecurity Border Clearance - TLIX505 (this being a part of the TLI50813 Diploma of Customs Broking and available as a standalone unit).
This unit can be completed via e-Learning with online assessment and certification - payment via ww.ComplianceNetFTA.com ($330 incl GST)
Note: Completion of this course is through the Australian College of International Freight (RTO No. 40712TLIX).

Non-commodity for Containerised Cargo Clearance (NCCC) and 19.2. Automated Entry Processing for Commodities (AEPCOMM) Approved Arrangements - period each year being from 1 April to 31 March.
