DP World - Terminal IT Outages

Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) and the Australian Peak Shippers Association (APSA) wish to advise members that DP World have announced a terminal closures due to IT outages as follows:

BRISBANE
Issue: Terminal IT outage Friday 29/05/26 from 05:00 to 13:00.
Short Description: -
Please be advised that next Friday, 29/05/2026 DP World Brisbane Terminal will be closed for a planned IT outage from 05:00 to 13:00.
Please note the front gate will be closed at 05:00, last slot will be 04:00.
PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE AS GATE 1 TRUCK ENTRY WILL BE CLOSED at 05:00, 29/05.
Stack run carriers please take note of the above planned outage for next Friday 29/05/26, between 0:00 to 13:00.
Once the IT outage is complete, a notification will be posted to advise of terminal open with operations resumed.

Short Description: Due to a National Outage for Technology upgrade occurring onsite on Friday 29/5 the Terminal will be closed from 0900-1200.
Last slots will be 0800 with the gate closing at 0900 sharp with the Terminal opening again at 1200.
Please note to avoid missing your slot please ensure all 0800 bookings have gated in prior to Terminal closure at 0900 as no late arrivals after this time will be accepted.
