UPDATE 2 - COLS Outage

As outlined in our web site posting earlier this afternoon, it is evident that intermittent technical problems are continuing affecting Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS).
 
Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) has contacted both the Department of Agriculture and Water Resources (DAWR) and the Department of Home Affairs (DoHA) and are assisting in the identification of the problem.
 
Advice from DoHA is that they are not aware of any problems with the Integrated Cargo System (ICS) and are continuing to monitor performance. We understand that DAWR have escalated their investigation.
