    ICS Messaging Delays
Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) received numerous calls from members yesterday, 7 November, re delays in the ICS messaging system,

These delays were a result of EDI messaging from industry being unable to proceed through the Customs Connect Facility (CCF)

We were advised last night that the issue was resolved, albeit maybe a need to re transmit some messages.

It appears that the system was working for a period however calls from members are now advising the system could again be not operating.

FTA have been in dialogue with the Australian Border Force again this morning and understand their is currently discussion going on internally to review the issues and resolving same at the earliest.

We will keep members posted as more information comes to hand. We also suggest members maintain a watch on the ICS website for any udpates.
The program includes Ministerial addresses, portfolio and Industry leadership discussion panels, exhibitions and a series of workshops developed to provide attendees an opportunity to contribute to the dialogue.
