Providing a helping hand - industry supporting women

Caroline Zalai (modelling the 'Barbie pink' FTA bucket hat) joined a team from Henning Harders to assist with maintenance work at the Northern Beaches Women's Shelter.

NBWS is a community-funded, charitable organisation, providing crisis accommodation, support, safety and services for homeless women across Sydney's Northern Beaches.

ALL licensed customs brokers must complete this mandatory module by 31 March 2024

DP World Industrial Action Update

FTA & APSA have received the latest update from DP World as to the ongoing protected industrial action around the DP World terminals nationally. Unfortunately there is little change in that DP World today have announced another update suggesting the members of the Construction, Forestry, Maritime, Mining and Energy Union (CFMMEU, MUA Division) have, despite continued efforts to reach an understanding have announced further PIAs. READ MORE

Paperless trade now extends to ePhyto for Australian exports

The Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry continues to build on its paperless trade successes with Australia's first ePhyto exports pilot using the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) ePhyto Hub. This step towards paperless trade provides new opportunities for Australia's horticulture and grain industries. READ MORE
