DP World - Brisbane

 

Tom Jensen, Head of International Freight & Logistics | FTA recently visited the DP World Brisbane Terminal for a tour and chat with the amazing Kate Breen, - Landside Superintendent, many thanks for the opportunity.

The Brisbane port community certainly has some great role models for the next generation, and Kate stands tall amongst them all.

Nice to meet John Geyer, Operations Manager as well.

Tom Jensen, Head of International Freight & Logistics at Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA), recently spoke with Field Research.

Tom spoke to how sea freight volumes are a window into an economy's health and notes that port volumes continue to disappoint amid a manufacturing downturn, however the industry is seeing a stronger 2024. LISTEN HERE

The Australian Border Force (ABF) have advised under the updated Australian Customs Notice No. 2023/23 that the mandatory CPD module is now available for completion.

ALL licensed customs brokers must complete this mandatory module by 31 March 2024
