Further to our notice posted on 4 October 2012, we have put a submission to Patrick highlighting concerns in relation to the proposed $100 side-loader fee (originally scheduled for implementation on 26 October 2012).
The matter remains unresolved however Patrick have agreed to defer implementation and will reconvene discussions in early November upon the return of key personnel from annual leave. Attached is the official notice from Patrick.
