Message from the Managing Director and CEO

Monday October 19

Current Issues.

Fremantle

The "Wide India" is alongside and working in Fremantle. All Imports will be available from tomorrow morning. The Grasmere Maesk will be working at DPWA this Wednesday afternoon, with receivals closing at 22:00 tomorrow.

Landside is busy delivering out the Imports off the CMA CGM Lamartine, the ANL Waratah an the Box Emma. Turnaround Time was 23 mins on dayshift today and Container Turn Time was 16 mins.

Melbourne

Crane productivity was good over the weekend, which was a result of lower yard volumes and a good yard integrity. As a result, we have the terminal back "on schedule". The Cap Ferrato and the Xin Ning Bo were affected by weather in Asia and are both arriving late into MEL this week, please contact the yard managers to set up your Stack Run Out for these vessels.

R&D has been busy today, but under control, with all zones fully booked. The average Truck Turnaround Time for the last 8 hours was 36 mins, while the average Container Turn Time was 23 mins.

Sydney

The Xin Ning Bo arrived late into Sydney this weekend, with the terminal expected to recover 8hrs on her schedule. With both AANA and ACE blanking this weekend in Sydney, we should see some good BMPH figures on the vessels that do call.

The average Truck Turnaround Time for dayshift was 29 mins, while the average Container Turn Time was 20 mins.

Brisbane

Exchanges in Brisbane are high as a result of late MT evacuation orders. Although bunching might occur as a result of "off window" arrivals, the delay to vessels will be kept to a minimum.

The road today was busy with an average Truck Turnaround Time on dayshift today of 32 mins, while the Container Turn Time was 19 mins.
