Who does this notice affect?

Approved arrangement operators who will be required to view and/or update details of their Approved Arrangement via the Approved Arrangement Management Product (AAMP).

All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment.

All shipping agents or operators of maritime conveyances who will be required to report pre-arrival information.

All clients who will be required to make an online payment to the department.

All importers of plants, cats and/or dogs who will be required to use the Post Entry Biosecurity System (PEBS).

Information

This scheduled infrastructure maintenance has been postponed. As a result, there will no longer be scheduled outages to the following systems during the dates and times previously advised:

  • AAMP
  • Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS)
  • Cargo Online Lodgement System Business to Government (COLSB2G)
  • Maritime and Aircraft Reporting System (MARS)
  • Online Payment Service (OPS)
  • PEBS

Action

No action required. The department will advise of the rescheduled infrastructure maintenance and associated outage window once confirmed.
