Restored time: As of: 13:45 Tuesday 06 October 2026 (AEDT).

The unplanned outage affecting inbound messages in relation to the declaration type listed above has now been resolved.

Please note: After investigation, DAFF has established that this issue was present from Wednesday 30 September 2026 (AEST).

Action

No action required.

The backlog of messages queued as a result of the outage have been processed.

Industry are advised should they have any concerns with shipments that were lodged between 01 October to 06 October 2026 being held which are subject to BMSB import conditions to contact: bmsbprocessing@aff.gov.au.
