An International logistics business is seeking to partner with a small Brisbane-based freight forwarder looking to grow, diversify or transition toward an eventual exit.
The entity is seeking a forwarder with the following minimum requirements:
- 77G Depot Licence essential
- DAFF accreditation preferred
- Customs brokerage licence advantageous
This partnership will support significant growth in exchange for an equity position. A capital contribution is also available for the right partner.
Ideal candidates may be smaller operators without a long-term succession plan, or businesses considering a structured exit over the next five years.
