The Anti-Dumping Commission has advised that five legislative reforms commenced on 19 September 2026, introducing measures to simplify processes, reduce administrative burden and improve the operation of Australia's anti-dumping system, including automatic TCO exemptions and streamlined duty assessment refund arrangements.
