ACFS Port Logistics - Executive message - UPDATE 12

Friday, September 18, 2026

Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) and the Australian Peak Shippers Association (APSA) have received the following notice from ACFS executive.

Friday 18 September 2026

Dear Customers and Partners,

Since our last update, business operations have been running smoothly. Cargo is moving, every site remains open, and service levels have been maintained by our 1,600-strong team. We have passed the test on whether this business can continue to operate under difficult conditions; we have, every day.

The written undertakings from ACFS Port Logistics Receivers regarding cargo held at our facilities remains in place. These include guarantees of no lien, detention, or lock-up of cargo; unrestricted access to your equipment; and a minimum 14 days' notice before any disruption to access.

Administration and Recapitalisation
In our last update, we explained that the Administrators had secured a longer timeframe for their process, beyond the initial five weeks set as the standard duration for administrations.

I'm happy to report that the Tzaneros family's recapitalisation solution for the business is now at an advanced stage. We will be in a position to meet with the administrators with a positive outcome shortly. We will at the same time, share the relevant details with you, our loyal clients, and keep you informed as the process progresses.

Through this period, our focus has been on two things: our customers and partners who rely on this business, and the 1,600 people who make up the ACFS Port Logistics team. Protecting all your interests is what this recapitalisation is for.

Support
If you have a concern about a specific booking, please call us straight away. We're here to answer the hard questions and will keep doing everything possible to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Thank you for continuing to rely on ACFS Port Logistics.

Kind regards,

Terry Tzaneros
Managing Director
