Who does this notice affect

All clients submitting the below declarations:

• Full Import Declaration (FID)
• Long Form Self Assessed Clearance (LFSAC)
• Short Form Self Assessed Clearance (SFSAC)
• Cargo Report Self Assessed Clearance (CRSAC)
• Cargo Report Personal Effects (PE)

All clients required to use the Export / Next Export Documentation (EXDOC/NEXDOC) systems during this unplanned outage.

Information

Start time: As of: 19:00pm Thursday 17 September 2026 (AEST).

The Department of Home Affairs – Integrated Cargo System (ICS) – is currently experiencing an unplanned outage. As a result, messaging between the ICS and DAFF systems will be queued and will send following the conclusion of the outage.

Action

This issue is under urgent investigation by the Department of Home Affairs. We will advise once the Department of Home Affairs confirms services have been restored.
