Who does this notice affect?

Approved arrangements operators, customs brokers, importers, manned depots, and freight forwarders who are required to book and manage requests for inspections through the Biosecurity Portal using the 'Sign in with your Digital Identity to access' pathway.

Users of systems linked to TradeClear which requires sign in, via the 'Use your Digital ID' pathway.

Information

Due to scheduled infrastructure maintenance, there will be a scheduled outage from 23:30 Saturday 12 September to 07:00 Sunday 13 September 2026 (AEST) to the following departmental systems and services, which require Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM), or Digital Identity (myID) to access:

• Biosecurity Portal and linked services, via the 'Sign in with your Digital Identity to access' pathway
• Existing users of TradeClear assessing via the 'Use your Digital ID' pathway

Users of these systems may experience service degradation (e.g. slowness and/or an inability to load some pages).

The following departmental systems and services will not be impacted during the maintenance period and will be accessible as normal:

• Biosecurity Portal and linked services, via the 'Sign in with your email address to access' pathway
• TradeClear via the 'Use email sign-in' pathway.

Action

Users of the above-listed affected systems and services are advised to await the completion of this planned maintenance period before attempting to access these services.
