Who does this notice affect?

All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment during this planned maintenance period.

Information

Due to scheduled infrastructure maintenance, there will be a scheduled outage to the Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS) between 23:00 to 23:59 Thursday 27 August 2026 (AEST).

In addition, users of the Cargo Online Lodgement System Business-To-Government (COLSB2G), may experience intermittent slowness, errors, and/or an inability to lodge imported cargo documentation during the above maintenance window.

Action

Clients are advised to await the completion of this maintenance period before attempting to access these services.
