All clients required to use the department's Biosecurity Import Conditions System (BICON).

Details:

From 11:35 on Tuesday 18 August 2026 (AEST) BICON experienced an unplanned service disruption. As a result, some users were unable to login into BICON after completing their registration.

This issue has now been resolved, and users can login to BICON as normal.
