Who does this notice affect?

All clients submitting the below declarations:

  • Full Import Declaration (FID)
  • Long Form Self Assessed Clearance (LFSAC)
  • Short Form Self Assessed Clearance (SFSAC)
  • Cargo Report Self Assessed Clearance (CRSAC)
  • Cargo Report Personal Effects (PE)

All users of the Department of Home Affairs' Integrated Cargo System (ICS).

The Department of Agriculture Fisheries and Forestry is currently experiencing an unplanned service disruption. As a result the Agriculture Import Management System (AIMS) is unable to send emails either through automated processing or via normal Biosecurity Officer processes.

Clients anticipating responses from the department in relation to the above listed declaration types will experience a delay in receiving responses.

Action

This issue is under investigation by the Department and will advise once the issue has been resolved.
