All clients required to use the department's Biosecurity Import Conditions System (BICON).

Details:

BICON is currently experiencing an unplanned service disruption. As a result, some users are unable to login into BICON and may experience login failures after completing their registration.

Action

Affected clients are advised to reset their password and then proceed with logging in as usual.

This issue is under urgent investigation, and the department will advise once services have been restored.
