Who does this notice affect?

Laboratories who communicate Imported Food Test results to DAFF using the eResults system.

Information

Resolved time: As of: 16:10 Thursday 13 August 2026 (AEST).

The unplanned service disruption to the eResults system has been resolved. Affected laboratories will now be receiving Imported Food test results as normal.

Action

Affected users are advised to confirm they have no failed messages in their messaging queues with DAFF for Imported Food Laboratory results that need to be reported.

The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
