Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) has received reports from members experiencing difficulties accessing and using the Integrated Cargo System (ICS) this afternoon.
Members have reported pages failing to load when attempting to access ICS functionality, together with server error messages preventing normal use of the system.
FTA has raised the issue directly with Australian Border Force (ABF) and requested advice on the nature and extent of the disruption.
