Who does this notice affect?

All shipping agents or operators of commercial maritime conveyances who will be required to report pre-arrival information.

All non-commercial vessel owners or vessel operators arriving in Australian territory to visit or stay.

All shipping agents who represent international non-commercial vessels.

Information

To support system maintenance, there will be a scheduled service disruption to MARS between 23:00 Wednesday 29 July and 04:00 Thursday 30 July 2026 (AEST). MARS will not be accessible during this period.

Action

Clients should submit any information prior to the maintenance period, and await its completion before accessing MARS.

The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
