27 July 2026
Who does this notice affect?
This notice applies to airlines, aircraft operators and their contracted services (third party disinsection treatment providers) on an Approved Arrangement with the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (the department) or Compliance Agreement with the Ministry for Primary Industries New Zealand (MPI), as current users of the Aircraft Disinsection Information (ADI) database.
Information
To support a system infrastructure upgrade, there will be a scheduled service disruption to ADI and iRAM between 23:00 Wednesday 29 July and 04:00 Thursday 30 July 2026 (AEST). ADI and iRAM will not be accessible during this period.
Action
Clients should submit any information before the start of the maintenance period, and await its completion before attempting to access ADI or iRAM.
All users – users should log in as soon as practicable after the maintenance period to ensure their account is reactivated. There is no change to how the system functions.
ADI Administrator and Airline Administrators – in iRAM, viewing or updating authorisation for a user who has not yet logged in will produce an error message saying the user is not currently logged in. Advise the user to log in; this will reactivate their account and will then be available to the administrator for viewing and editing.
The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
