Last night, Qantas Freight commenced domestic operations at Western Sydney International Airport (WSI).
As part of this transition, we experienced some start-up challenges that affected the movement of freight. We sincerely apologise for any delays or impacts this may have had on your business and thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
Following the first night of operations, we have already increased resources and customer support to improve processes and will continue to keep you updated as services stabilise.
