Who does this notice affect?

All importers of plants, cats and/or dogs who will be required to make payments within the Post Entry Biosecurity System (PEBS).

Information

Resolved time: As of: 00:00 Saturday 25 July 2026 (AEST).

The unplanned service disruption to PEBS has been resolved, and clients can now make payments through PEBS as normal.

Action

Clients that experienced issues when attempting to make a payment via PEBS are advised to re-attempt.

The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
