Information

As of approximately 16:00 Monday 20 July 2026 (AEST), the BICON website has been experiencing an unplanned service disruption resulting in intermittent slowness and errors.

Action

This issue is under urgent investigation by the department.

The department will advise once services have been restored and apologises for any inconvenience caused.
