Who does this notice affect?

Users looking to apply for a new approved arrangement via the approved arrangement online application.

All shipping agents or operators of maritime conveyances who will be required to report pre-arrival information during this planned maintenance period.

All importers of plants, cats and/or dogs who will be required to use the Post Entry Biosecurity System during this planned maintenance period.

Information

Due to scheduled infrastructure maintenance, there will be a brief outage of up to 15 minutes to the following system between 23:00 and 23:55 Friday 03 July 2026 (AEST):

• Approved Arrangement

The following systems may experience intermittent service degradation (e.g. slowness and/or an inability to load some pages) during the above outage window:

• Maritime and Aircraft Reporting System (MARS)
• Post Entry Biosecurity System (PEBS)

Action

Clients are advised to await the completion of this maintenance period before attempting to access these services.
