Who does this notice affect?

All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment during this planned maintenance period.

All users of the Cargo Online Lodgement System Business to Government (COLSB2G) system.

Information

Due to scheduled infrastructure maintenance, the Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS), and COLSB2G may experience a service disruption from 23:00 to 23:59 on Friday 03 July 2026 (AEST).

Users of COLS may experience intermittent slowness and/or an inability to lodge imported cargo documentation during the above maintenance window.

Action

Clients are advised to await the completion of this maintenance period before attempting to access this service.
