Who does this notice affect?

All clients who will be required to make an online payment during this planned outage.

All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment during this planned outage.

All importers of plants, cats and/or dogs who will be required to use the Post Entry Biosecurity System during this planned outage.

Information

To support end of financial year activities, there will be a scheduled outage to the following systems between 23:00 Tuesday 30 June to 06:00 Wednesday 01 July 2026 (AEST):

• Online Payment Service (OPS)
• Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS)
• Cargo Online Lodgement System Business-to-Government (COLSB2G)
• Post Entry Biosecurity System (PEBS)

Action

Clients are advised to await the completion of this outage period before attempting to access these services.
