Who does this notice affect?
Approved arrangements operators who will be required to view and/or update details of their Approved Arrangement via the Approved Arrangement Management Product (AAMP).
All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment during this planned maintenance period.
All importers of plants, cats and/or dogs who will be required to upload documents via the Post Entry Biosecurity System (PEBS) during this planned maintenance period.
All shipping agents or operators of maritime conveyances who will be required to report pre-arrival information during this planned maintenance period.
All clients who will be required to make an online payment during this planned maintenance period.
Information
Due to scheduled system maintenance, below listed systems may experience a very brief outage (several seconds) between 23:00 Saturday 27 June to 04:00 Sunday 28 June 2026 (AEST).
- Approved Arrangement Management Product (AAMP)
- Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS)
- Post Entry Biosecurity System (PEBS)
- Maritime and Aircraft Reporting System (MARS)
- Online Payment Service (OPS)
- SeaPest
Messaging between DAFF systems and the Department of Home Affairs Integrated Cargo System will also queue during each outage and send following the conclusion of each outage.
Clients anticipating responses from the department in relation to the above-listed declaration types may experience some minor delays in receiving these responses.

Clients are advised to await the completion of this maintenance period before attempting to access these services.
