Who does this notice affect?

Biosecurity industry participants and accredited persons operating under Approved Arrangement Class 19, who are interested in attending an information session on the upcoming release of new industry reporting via the Biosecurity Portal.

What has changed?

The department will provide an enhancement to the existing industry reporting to industry through the Biosecurity Portal for all accredited persons operating under Approved Arrangement Class 19 on fee reporting. 

The department is releasing the enhancements to incorporate an overview detailing importer and accredited person information that will replace the department's existing Broker Reports system. Sharing data through the Biosecurity Portal is a secure mechanism which is reliable for our users. 

This release delivers on commitments to improve consignment visibility for industry.

Register for an information session

To support the upcoming release of the enhanced industry reporting, the department will host a series of information and demonstration sessions online. The dates and times for the sessions are as follows. Please note that sessions will last approximately one hour.
