| Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) has this morning received further reports from members of ongoing Integrated Cargo System (ICS) issues, following advice provided yesterday that the issue had been resolved.
Members are experiencing repeated logouts within minutes of logging in, along with system freezing after short periods of use and overall slow performance that is impacting transaction processing.
FTA has re-engaged with senior management of the Cargo Support Systems team at Australian Border Force to seek clarification and an updated status.
