Who does this notice affect?

Approved arrangements operators who will be required to view and/or update details of their Approved Arrangement via the Approve Arrangement Management Product (AAMP).

All clients required to use the Biosecurity Import Conditions System (BICON) during this planned maintenance period.

All shipping agents or operators of maritime conveyances who will be required to report pre-arrival information during this planned maintenance period.

Information

Due to scheduled infrastructure maintenance, the following systems will experience two (2) x separate outages of up to two (2) minutes each in duration between 23:00 Monday 04 May to 04:00 Tuesday 05 May 2026 (AEST):

• AAMP
• BICON
• MARS

Action

All users of the above listed systems are advised to await the completion of this planned maintenance period before attempting to access these services.
