DAFF - ISN 84-2026: Scheduled Outage: Saturday 02 May to Sunday 03 May 2026 – DAFF messaging, ICS

Who does this notice affect?

All clients submitting the below import declarations:

• Full Import Declaration (FID)
• Long Form Self Assessed Clearance (LFSAC)
• Short Form Self Assessed Clearance (SFSAC)
• Cargo Report Self Assessed Clearance (CRSAC)
• Cargo Report Personal Effects (PE)

All users of the Department of Home Affairs' Integrated Cargo System (ICS).

Information

Due to scheduled system maintenance at the Department of Home Affairs (DoHA), there will be a scheduled outage to the DoHA's ICS from 23:30 Saturday 02 May to 04:00 Sunday 03 May 2026 (AEST).

As a result, messaging between the ICS and DAFF systems will be queued and will send following the conclusion of the outage. Clients anticipating responses from the department in relation to the above-listed declaration types may experience some delays in receiving these responses.
