Qantas Freight will be upgrading its core freight booking and management system, with a planned system outage scheduled from 10pm AEST on Saturday 2 May to 5am AEST on Sunday 3 May. During this period, freight.qantas.com and Dock Direct will be unavailable.

This upgrade is an important step in modernising our digital environment, strengthening the reliability of our platform and preparing our systems for the technology requirements of the new Western Sydney freight terminal.

To help minimise any disruption, we ask customers to avoid booking freight on flights operating between 10pm and 5am AEST where possible, and to lodge bookings earlier than usual ahead of system cutover. Arriving freight will be manually processed by our terminal teams during this period, so please allow a little extra time. Please note that invoicing will also be temporarily delayed following restoration, with invoices issued on Wednesday 6 May and payment terms adjusted accordingly.

Your day-to-day experience with Qantas Freight will remain consistent before, during and after the upgrade, your login details for freight.qantas.com are unchanged, and all existing data and functionality will carry over seamlessly.

If you have any questions, please contact your Account Manager or call us on 13 12 13.
