Who does this notice affect?

All shipping agents or operators of maritime conveyances who will be required to report pre-arrival information during this planned maintenance period.

Information

To support a system release, there will be a scheduled service disruption to MARS between 23:00 Wednesday 22 April to 04:00 Thursday 23 April 2026 (AEST). MARS will not be accessible during this period.

Action

Clients are advised to submit any in-progress applications prior to the start of the maintenance period, and await its completion before attempting to access MARS.
