Who does this notice affect?
Pre-border biosecurity treatment providers conducting heat treatments and applying for registration under AusTreat.
What has changed?
Registrations for heat treatment can now be submitted through the ProviderHub.
In March, we released the ProviderHub to facilitate registrations of pre-border fumigation treatment providers under AusTreat. We have now introduced improvements that allow both heat treatment and fumigation applications in the ProviderHub.
Information on system access and a Help Card is now available on the AusTreat page.
What is ProviderHub
ProviderHub is the new registration platform, which delivers an online capability for the department and treatment providers to manage registration information.
The new online registration solution has replaced the paper-based process and makes registration easier for industry and Government.
When will I be able to start using ProviderHub?
Applications under AusTreat for both heat and fumigation are now available through the ProviderHub. Links and further information are available on the AusTreat page.
Registrations for controlled atmosphere will continue to use the existing forms.
