Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) has received multiple reports from members experiencing significant performance issues when accessing the Integrated Cargo System (ICS).
Members have advised that the system is extremely slow, with delays when logging in and prolonged loading times when conducting searches — in some cases, the system is failing to respond altogether.
FTA have addressed the matter with senior management of the Cargo Support Systems team at Australian Border Force.
