Good afternoon

We have released an Issues Paper for the review of the segregation process in class 3.2 approved arrangements (imported pig meat processing sites).

This review was initiated at the request of industry. It provides an avenue for industry to describe their current practices of segregating cooked and uncooked product.

Please find the Biosecurity Advice for this risk analysis here

This paper is available for public comment via our Have Your Say page

Kind regards

Dr Rochelle Prattley
