Who does this notice affect?
Clients that receive emails from the Agriculture Import Management System (AIMS) for Full Import Declarations, Long Form SAC's and Cargo Personal effect importations, including:
- Import Brokers
- Food Imports
- Importers
- Approved Arrangements
Information
Due to an unplanned service disruption to AIMS, email releases, directions, service records, Food Control Certificates, Food inspection advices, and failed food notices are failing to send. These emails will queue and send once the issue is resolved.
Users waiting to receive the above listed documents via email will not be receiving them.

No action required.
This issue is under investigation by the Department and will advise once the issue has been resolved.
