Attention All external users of departmental systems such as NEXDOC who log in using the Australian Government Digital ID System (MyID). Purpose This notice advises users of NEXDOC that MyID has a series of planned service outages. Key points - The department has been informed of a series of scheduled outages for updates to the MyID Service
- MyID will be unavailable from:
- 6.00pm Monday 23 March 2026 to 6.00am Tuesday 24 March 2026 (AEDT).
- 6.00pm Friday 27 March 2026 to 6.00am Saturday 28 March 2026 (AEDT).
Impact MyID will not be available throughout the outage period. - Existing users of NEXDOC:
- can log in to NEXDOC if they normally use their email and password.
- cannot log in via MyID.
- New users of NEXDOC:
- can register for NEXDOC using email and password
- cannot register via MyID.
If you use NEXDOC via software or log in to the portal via email and password, you will not be impacted by these outages and can continue to use the system.
