FISHERMAN ISLAND TERMINAL OPERATIONS UPDATE FOLLOWING SEVERE WEATHER CONDITIONS

Following last week's severe storm, our technical teams have identified a number of isolated electrical and instrumentation issues affecting several Automated Stacking Cranes (ASCs) at our Brisbane terminal. These include intermittent communication faults and positioning irregularities that have been traced to water ingress within electrical and electronic systems.

Our Electrical Maintenance team, working closely with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), has been operating around the clock to diagnose, repair, and safely restore full functionality across all affected modules. Because of this, we have made strong progress, with recovery plans well advanced and several modules already stabilised.

Based on the current rate of repair and testing, we expect all ASC modules to be fully operational and returned to normal service by early next week. In the interim, we continue to manage operations carefully to minimise any potential customer impacts.

We will provide further updates if timelines change or as full recovery is confirmed. If you have any questions, your usual DP World contact is available to support you.

Thank you for your understanding and continued partnership.

Kind regards,

Erin Sweeney
