Scheduled Outages Sunday 19 October 2025
This is to advise of scheduled outages for system maintenance for both the ICS and EXDOC systems this weekend, 18 - 19 October 2025.

ICS
The Australian Border Force's (ABF) Integrated Cargo System (the ICS) will be unavailable for a 5 hour period between 23:00 AEDT Saturday 18 October and 04:00 AEDT Sunday 19 October 2025 for necessary system maintenance

Industry clients should make arrangements to have cargo cleared outside of these hours.
 
EXDOC
There is scheduled maintenance for EXDOC on Sunday 19 October 2025, between 20:00 and 23:59 AEDT.

Users may experience intermittent delays in receiving responses back from EXDOC during this time.
