Who does this notice affect?

All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment during this planned maintenance period (e.g. clients required to use the Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS)).

Information

To support a system release, there will be a scheduled service disruption (service degradation) to the COLS between 23:00 to 23:45 Sunday 19 October 2025 (AEDT).

COLS users may experience intermittent slowness and/or an inability to load pages/execute functions during the maintenance window.

Action

Where possible, COLS users are advised to await the completion of this planned maintenance period before attempting to access this service.
