DAFF - IAN 2025/49: Plant Exports – Export systems expected maintenance outage

Purpose

This Industry Advice Notice (IAN) is to notify all Plant Exports Management System (PEMS) users, including plant export clients, exporters and authorised officers, of an outage to the Online Payment Portal (OPP) that will affect PEMS.

Summary of changes and key points

• The Online Payment Portal (OPP) will be unavailable during the following times:
  • Thursday 18 September 2025 – 11:00pm to Friday 19 September 2025 – 01:00am (AEST).
• During the system outage windows, payment and receipt processing will be disrupted.
