Who does this notice affect?

All clients required to use the department's Biosecurity Import Conditions System (BICON) website to submit and/or pay for import permit applications.

As of: 00:45 Friday 15 August 2025 (AEST).

The unplanned service disruption to the BICON website (payments and application submission) has now been resolved. Clients can now make payments for and submit import permit applications as normal.
