Who does this notice affect?

All clients required to use the department's Biosecurity Import Conditions System (BICON) website during this planned maintenance period.

Information

Due to scheduled infrastructure maintenance, users of the BICON website may experience several brief intermittent outages between the following service disruption windows:

• Service disruption window 1: From 23:00 Thursday 14 August to 06:00 Friday 15 August 2025 (AEST).
• Service disruption window 2: From 23:00 Friday 15 August to 04:00 Saturday 16 August 2025 (AEST).

Action

BICON users are advised to frequently save any in-progress permit applications during these planned maintenance windows. The department apologies for any inconvenience caused.
