Purpose
This Industry Advice Notice (IAN) is to notify all Plant Exports Management System (PEMS) users of planned system maintenance.
Summary of changes and key points
Export systems will be undergoing scheduled maintenance, which may result in service disruptions from 9:00pm Saturday 09 August 2025 to 6:00am Sunday 10 August 2025 (AEST).
Maintenance action will be staggered to keep systems available, however, some users may experience service degradation during this period.

Familiarise yourself with the timing of the expected service disruption and its impacts.
