Who does this notice affect?

All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment.

The Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS) is currently experiencing an unplanned service disruption. As a result, clients may experience errors when attempting to submit new lodgements.

Action

This issue is being investigated as a priority and the department will advise once resolved.

The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
